These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lustra Skin ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the lustraskin.com website and purchase of our products. By accessing our website, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

Eligibility and Provider Verification

Healthcare Provider Requirement

Our exosome skincare products are sold exclusively to licensed healthcare providers. By creating an account and purchasing products, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a licensed healthcare provider with an active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• You are authorized to purchase and administer aesthetic or medical skincare products in your jurisdiction
• You will use our products only for professional purposes in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
• All information provided during registration and verification is accurate and complete

Verification Process

To purchase products, you must complete our provider verification process, which includes NPI verification through the NPPES registry and identity verification through our KYC partner. We reserve the right to deny or revoke access to anyone who fails verification, provides false information, or no longer meets eligibility requirements.

Account Registration

To access certain features and make purchases, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Products and Orders

Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free. Colors and images may vary from actual products due to display settings.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment terms:

• Payment is due at the time of order
• We accept major credit cards and ACH bank transfers
• A 3.5% convenience fee applies to credit card payments
• No convenience fee for ACH payments
• Cold chain shipping fee of $150 applies to all orders

Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when we ship your order.

Shipping and Delivery

Our exosome products require cold chain shipping to maintain efficacy. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive shipments.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of our exosome products:

• No Returns: We cannot accept returns of opened or used products for safety and quality reasons
• Damaged or Defective Products: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for products that arrive damaged, defective, or with compromised cold chain packaging
• Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement
• Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled before shipment; once shipped, cancellation is not possible

Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Product Use and Professional Responsibility

As a licensed healthcare provider, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the proper storage, handling, and administration of products
• You will follow all product instructions, protocols, and safety guidelines
• You will obtain appropriate patient consent before treatment
• You will not resell products to non-verified parties or use them outside professional settings
• You are responsible for compliance with all applicable healthcare laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• You will maintain appropriate professional liability insurance

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Lustra Skin or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Use another person's credentials or impersonate a healthcare provider
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent our verification processes
• Use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Interfere with the security or functionality of our website
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information from our website without permission
• Resell or redistribute our products without authorization
• Use our products in a manner inconsistent with professional standards

Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR WEBSITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE AND PRODUCTS IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

Limitation of Liability

• Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute informally
• Arbitration: Any dispute not resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration in Grand Rapids, Michigan, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association
• Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions

Modifications to Terms

Severability
